Package M

Package M is designed for companies with more than 3 employees and more than 80 invoices per month. Package M has a monthly fee of 240.00 EUR excluding VAT and includes bookkeeping of up to 100 invoices per month, as well as maintaining the books of incoming and outgoing invoices required by the Value Added Tax Act. It also includes monthly and/or quarterly VAT calculation reports to the Tax Administration. In addition to the listed services, Package M includes managing the cash register and access to transaction overviews.

Package M includes a review of incoming and outgoing invoices, with the possibility to print and create up to 10 outgoing invoices per month according to your form and instructions, with distinctive features of your company (name, logo, etc.). Monthly payroll calculation for 3 employees, as well as all necessary monthly reports for the Tax Administration, and the possibility to keep records of employee working hours according to your instructions.

The package also includes the recording of fixed assets (up to 10 fixed assets per month), depreciation calculation (up to 10 entries per month), and a small inventory book.

In addition to the listed services, Package M includes a review of customer debts, printing of reminders upon client request, 1 monthly report of choice, 2 hours of consultations, and a 20% discount on each subsequent payroll calculation (for more than 3 employees). Additionally, Package M, like all other packages, includes the preparation of an annual financial report for the Tax Administration and FINI.
